Untitled Document 由上海医科大学等主办、温州医学院眼视光学院等协办的’99中国国际眼科/视光学学术研讨会已于1999年5月26日～5月30日在上海世贸商城举行。除西藏外，全国29个省市约有550多名代表参加，大会收到论文500余篇。此次大会采用以讲座为主的学术交流方式，特邀了48位海内外眼科和视光学专家，举行了43场学术讲座；并进行了别开生面的学术大辩论、大讨论和大会诊，获得了代表们的好评。同时举办的眼科和视光学的器械展览会，有国内外100多家厂家和公司的170多个展位，吸引了来自全国各地的参观者，每日参观人数约达1000人。(青梅)

'99 China Ophthalmology/Optometry Academic Conference was held in May 26～30 in Shanghai. There are more than 500 delegates attended the conference. 48 ophthalmology and optometry experts home and abroad gave the presentation about the researches of ophthalmology and optometry and their update.
